Electrical Characteristics
1. Valve Position Limitation and Protection
Actuator automatically stops after traveling to the closing position or open position.

2. Protection of Instant Reverse Running
When the actuator receives a command for motion in the opposite direction, it automatically add a time lag, to prevent unnecessary wear to the valve shaft and transmission box.
3. Power Brake
It helps to improve precision of valve position.

4. Access-free Debugging
Working parameter setup, system status inquiry can be realized on buttons or infrared controller, without needs to open the electrical protection cover, so that dust, moist and other hazardous substances in the environment can not enter the actuator and the reliability of electrical control will be greatly improved.

5. Dead Zone Self-adaption
In “Remote Auto Control” mode, no setting or dead adjustment will be required, and the system can, on basis of its operating status, automatically measure and locate and precisely determine the dead zone values, ensuring vibration-free and high-precision operation of the actuator.
6. Easy Wiring
Quick-set connection is adopted on the actuator for wiring. The external wire is connected to the plug, and the actuator can be removed simply by unplugging operations. The plugs are water-proof and thus prevent errors by reconnection during maintenance process.

7. Power-loss-safe Status Indication
The configurable bi-stable relay output contact can be used to indicate various status of the valve (including open/close limits, over-torque, operating indication or destination position of valve, etc.), which will not change even the system loses power supply.
8. Multiple Controls
① Field control
When the system runs in “Field Control” mode by using the “Field Control” button, the “Open”, “Close” buttons or “Infrared controller” may be used on site to control the opening, closing or stopping of valve.
② Remote switch control
The switch control provides three input terminals, respectively Open, Close, Stop/Hold; Switch control can realize “Hold” or “Inch” control by external circuits.
③ Remote current control (also known as Remote Auto Control)
Users can control the actuator operation by DC4~20mA electric current, to realize precision positioning of valve.
④ Two-wire control
The actuator provides two-wire power operation functions. It can realize special controls, such as “Open on signal” and “Close on signal”.
9. Split Control Cabinet Structure
When the actuation mechanism is installed at the following positions, split control cabinet is especially helpful:
At places difficult to access (man hole or overhead positions, etc.)
On equipment with intensive vibration.
On places with extremely high/low temperature.
The maximum allowed distance from control cabinet to actuation mechanism is 50 meters.
