OVERVIEW

This compact electric ball valve features a three-piece stainless steel body and a high-performance micro electric actuator, enabling on/off or modulating control of pipeline media via 90° rotation. Characterized by a compact design, lightweight construction, reliable sealing, and ease of installation, it is widely used in industries such as water treatment, chemical processing, HVAC, and food and beverage. The intelligent actuator is equipped with an LCD valve position display and supports manual on-site operation; it accepts 4–20mA analog or discrete (on/off) control signals and provides real-time feedback on the valve opening position. Constructed from 304/316 stainless steel, the valve is suitable for liquids, gases, and mildly corrosive media; the PTFE seat ensures excellent sealing performance and long-term, stable operation.

CONTROL MODE

External control All actuator signals, such as limit switch signals, torque switch signals, motor thermal protection and valve position, can be transmitted to the external control device for further processing. The contactor device used to control the operation of the motor is installed in the external control device and connected to the actuator via a cable.
