With more than ten years of mature thermal control engineering experience in the power industry, FRY has successfully introduced, digested and absorbed various advanced foreign electric actuator design and manufacturing technologies in combination with domestic market demand. After an in-depth analysis of the actual application of similar products, our company launched a new generation of intelligent integrated electric actuators. This product integrates a variety of latest automatic control technologies such as bus control technology, absolute encoder technology, infrared remote control technology, LCD display magnetic switch control and cover-free, forming an intelligent comprehensive product.

With AC415V, 380V, 240V, 220V, 110V, DC24V as the driving power supply and 4-20mA analog signal or 0-10VDC electric signal as the control signal, the valve can be moved to the desired position to achieve automatic control. It has many advantages such as small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, unique and compact structure, quick opening and closing, easy installation, small torque, easy operation, no maintenance, safe and convenient use, etc.

At present, the valve types produced by our company mainly include butterfly valves, ball valves, control valves, gate valves, globe valves, etc. There are numerous models and specifications. The driving modes include manual, pneumatic, electric, turbine, and hydraulic. The product design and manufacturing comply with GB, JB, ANSI, API, BS, DIN and other advanced domestic and foreign standards, and are suitable for opening and closing devices in industrial pipeline systems of various media.

Manual valves are control components in pipeline fluid delivery systems. They are used to change the cross-section of the passage and the direction of medium flow, and have functions such as diversion, cutoff, regulation, throttling, non-return, diversion or pressure relief. Valves used for fluid control have nominal diameters ranging from extremely small instrument valves to industrial pipeline valves with a diameter of up to 10m. Valves can be simply opened or closed under the action of pressure, temperature or other forms of sensor signals, or without relying on sensor signals.

Pneumatic actuators are actuators that use air pressure to open, close or adjust valves. They are also called pneumatic actuators or pneumatic devices. Pneumatic actuators are sometimes equipped with certain auxiliary devices. Commonly used are valve positioners and handwheel mechanisms. The function of the valve positioner is to use the feedback principle to improve the performance of the actuator so that the actuator can achieve accurate positioning according to the control signal of the controller. The function of the handwheel mechanism is to directly operate the control valve to maintain normal production when the control system fails due to power outage, gas outage, no output of the controller or failure of the actuator.
