This co-creation workshop marks a significant step forward for the company towards a more open and inclusive organizational culture. In traditional management models, information and understanding gaps often exist between employees and managers. However, through structured dialogue and an equal exchange platform, we successfully broke down hierarchical barriers, ensuring that every perspective and insight was seen and heard. This was not just an activity, but a signal: the company sincerely desires to pool the energy of all employees to jointly envision the future. This paradigm shift from "top-down" directives to "co-creation" is itself a profound evolution of corporate culture, injecting a new source of vitality into the organization.

The SWOT analysis introduced in the activity provided us with a clear and multi-dimensional mirror. It guided us to systematically examine the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Particularly valuable was the integration of diverse perspectives from different positions and levels, making the assessment results more comprehensive and realistic. This not only helped us more accurately grasp the company's position in the market and its internal state, but more importantly, it made every participant a contributor to the company's strategic thinking. This process of joint analysis and consensus building greatly enhanced the team's collective understanding of the company's current situation and challenges, laying a solid foundation for subsequent action plans.

The "Employees Pointing Out Changes in the Boss" session in the workshop was a warm and profound trust-building experience. Standing on Jade Emperor Peak, overlooking the magnificent sea of ​​clouds and mountains below, the exhaustion of our 2025 Mount Tai expedition instantly transformed into the pride and joy of success. This climb was not only a test of physical strength, but also a test of will. The steep steps of the Eighteen Bends left us breathless and truncated. But it was this perseverance, "the joy of every step forward," that made us deeply realize that any ambitious goal begins with each solid step. When we finally crossed the South Gate of Heaven together and greeted the first rays of dawn, we proved that there is no mountain higher than man-with faith and the courage to challenge, we can reach the summit and reap the exhilaration of surpassing ourselves.

This successful summit was no one-man effort, but a perfect demonstration of the strength of our team. Along the way, the encouragement of "come on," the repeated helping hands, the sharing of supplies and warm smiles in moments of fatigue, all became the driving force that kept us moving forward together. The pioneers ahead never forgot to turn back and lend a hand, and our partners behind us persevered, never falling behind. We truly put into practice the saying, "One person can go fast, but a group can go further." This experience has reinforced our belief that we are not only a team capable of fighting shoulder-to-shoulder in the business world, but also a family that supports and unites in difficult times.
