Position transmitter
The position transmitter of the actuator is composed of a position sensor and a current conversion circuit on the actuator. Its functional principle is to convert the change of the actuator's rotation angle (displacement) into a 4~20mA current signal as a position indication signal and feed it back to the computer. The position sensor uses a high-precision, long-life conductive plastic potentiometer, which rotates coaxially with the stroke control limit cam.
For the change in the resistance value of the integral actuator potentiometer, it is sent to the position locator GAMX circuit for comparison with the input signal, and at the same time, a 4-20mA DC signal proportional to the change in the potentiometer rotation angle is sent out. This signal current is isolated from the input channel of the locator GAMX (if necessary, the user can connect it to the negative common ground form).
For remote-controlled actuators, the conductive plastic potentiometer of its angle sensor is connected to the current converter, and its TAM can be powered by the actuator internally (24VDC), or it can be provided by an external 12V~36VDC to form a two-wire 4~20mA current change, which is the actuator position signal output current.
Position locator and position controller
The proportional adjustment position locator compares the analog signal sent by the upper machine (such as a computer), amplifies the logical change, and drives the motor to move in proportion to the signal size.
The position controller of the remote control actuator controls the operation and stop of the actuator according to the presence or absence of the switch signal of the upper machine.
The circuit GAMX of the overall proportional adjustment position locator and the logic control circuit of the remote control position controller are both installed in the position locator control box in terms of structure.
