Part-turn Electric Actuator
The 361 series quarter-turn electronic electric actuators are powered by 220V AC power supply and receive 4-20mA DC from a computer, a regulator or an operator, or 1-5 VDC control signal to run the all-electronic actuator, the machine has servo system, no need for additional servo amplifier, the key components of the controller using advanced hybrid integrated circuit, and resin casting curing, after aging treatment, high reliability, moisture-proof, shock-proof, using the base, crank way of installation, the position of the zero point of the crank can be determined within 0 ~ 360 degree. In addition, the actuator has three protection functions: overload protection, temperature protection and torque switch protection, which has high control accuracy and high reliability, the utility model can be combined with various quarter-turn regulating mechanisms to form an quarter-turn electric regulating valve.
Features
1. The control module adopts hybrid integrated circuit, and sealed resin is cast and cured, with high reliability, moisture-proof and shock-proof.
2. The actuator itself has a servo function, no need to add a servo amplifier.
3. Electronic overload protection unit can be installed, optional for A and B types, standard for C and D types.
4. There is a temperature protection switch inside the motor.
5. The motor is equipped with a mechanical damping brake system.
6. Use the potentiometer to adjust the zero point, stroke, sensitivity, convenient and easy.
7. Use the function switch to arbitrarily select the positive and negative actions, and select the three states of the off signal (self-locking, fully open, fully closed).
8. The output shaft of the linear actuator is equipped with a spring to ensure the rated load.
9. The quarter-turn actuator can be equipped with a torque protection switch. 10. After the power is cut off, the actuator is self-locking.
