Product Description
SMD-60 electric actuators uses high-torque, low-inertia single-phase or three-phase dedicated motors, all motors are equipped with overheat protection relays, motor rotor output, the end directly has a shaft gear and the response time is short.
The mechanical reducer adopts planetary gear reduction and worm gear transmission structure, which has high mechanical efficiency and mechanical self-locking characteristics.
High reliability. At the same time, long-lasting lithium grease is used to ensure that the actuator does not need to be replaced during a major repair period.
SMD-60, SMD-25 electric actuators come with advanced integrated circuit devices, in which the single-phase drive part is solid-state relay without mechanical contacts.
The utility model has the advantages of long service life, no need for daily maintenance, and the number of movements per hour is 1200 times, which is especially suitable for places with high automation rate and frequent movements application.
1.Valve Position Limitation and Protection
Actuator automatically stops after traveling to the closing position or open position.
2.Protection of lnstant Reverse Running
When the actuator receives a command for motion in the opposite direction, it automatically add a time lag.to prevent unnecessary wear to the valve shaft and transmission box.
3.Power Brake
It helps to improve precision of valve position.
4.Access-free Debugging
Working parameter setup, system status inquiry can be realized on buttons or infrared controller, withoutneeds to open the electrical protection cover, so that dust, moist and other hazardous substances in theenvironment can not enter the actuator and the reliability of electrical control will be greatly improved
.5.Dead Zone Self-adaption
In "Remote Auto Control" mode, no setting or dead adjustment will be required, and the system can, onbasis of its operating status, automatically measure and locate and precisely determine the dead zonevalues, ensuring vibration-free and high-precision operation of the actuator.
6.Easy Wiring
Quick-set connection is adopted on the actuator for wiring. The external wire is connected to the plug, andthe actuator can be removed simply by unplugging operations. The plugs are water-proof and thus preventerrors by reconnection during maintenance process.
7.Power-loss-safe Status Indication
The configurable bi-stable relay output contact can be used to indicate various status of the valve (includingopen/close limits, over-torque, operating indication or destination position of valve, etc.), which will notchange even the system loses power supply.
8.Multiple Controls
Field control
When the system runs in "Field Control" mode by using the "Field Contro" button, the "Open", "Close'buttons or "Infrared controller" may be used on site to control the opening, closing or stopping of valve.
Remote switch control
The switch control provides three input terminals, respectively Open, Close, Stop/Hold; Switch control canrealize "Hold" or"Inch" control by external circuits.
Remote current control (also known as Remote Auto Control)
Users can control the actuator operation by DC4-20mA electric current, to realize precision positioning of valve.
Product Display
Encoder: Precise positioning and control of output shaft could be realized through the encoder which also meets the requirement of the control of valve of other mechanism with asuper long stroke. Timely-display valve positionis also realized when power is off.
The reducer is a multi-stage reducer the foremost stage is transmitted by a small volum great transmission ratio and high efficiency planetary gear, the intermediate stage is generally transmitted by a helical gear, the intermediate stage is generally worm gear transmittion witha function of mechanism self-locking or transmitted by a lead screwnut.
LCD display: It applies high definition, high light and high contrast LCD display. It presents Chinese-English interface ,valve position and other related information. It can receive infrared setter orders-easy operation, convenient debugging and reliable operating
The motor not only allows frequent startup but also has a good servo characteristic. the motor control circuit is disconnected so as to protect the motor. After the motor is colled the motor control circuit starts to be automatically connected recovered the circuit and motor rescume nomal work.
