Electric Actuator
Overview
FRY series electric actuators are used to control valves with 0-90° rotation and other similar products, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, dampers, plug valves, shutter valves, etc. It uses AC415V, 380V, 240V, 220V, 110V, DC24V as the driving power supply, and 4-20mA analog signal or 0-10VDC electrical signal as the control signal to move the valve to the desired position to achieve automatic control, with a maximum output torque of 6000Nm. It can be widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, papermaking, water treatment, shipbuilding, food processing, and building automation. It also has many advantages such as small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, unique structure, compact opening and closing, easy installation, small operating torque, easy operation, no maintenance, safe and convenient use, etc.

Performance functions
Shell: The shell is made of hard aluminum alloy, anodized and polyester powder coated, with strong corrosion resistance and IP67 protection level.
Motor: Fully enclosed squirrel cage motor, small size, large torque, small inertia force, insulation level F, can prevent overheating and damage to the motor.
Manual structure: The handle design ensures safety, reliability, labor saving and small size. When not powered, the handle can be manually operated. When not in manual operation, place the wrench in the wrench clamp for easy use.
Indicator: The indicator is installed on the center axis to observe the valve position. The lens adopts a convex mirror design, which does not accumulate water and is more convenient to observe.
Seal: Good sealing, standard product protection level is IP67.
Limit switch: Mechanical, electronic dual limit. The mechanical limit screw is adjustable, safe and reliable; the electronic limit switch is controlled by a cam mechanism, and the simple adjustment mechanism can accurately and conveniently set the position, and is not affected by excessive handwheel.
Self-locking: The precise worm gear mechanism can efficiently transmit large torque, with high efficiency, low noise (maximum 50 decibels) and long life; it has a self-locking function to prevent reversal, and the transmission part is stable and reliable, without the need for refueling.

Installation
Working medium temperature
●When the actuator is installed on the valve, the working medium temperature will increase the body temperature.
●When the working medium temperature is below 65C, please use the standard bracket.
●When the working medium temperature is above 65C, please use the high temperature bracket.
Installation environment
●This series of electric actuators are non-explosion-proof products. Please do not install them in places with explosive gases. When installed outdoors where there is water splashing, please install a protective cover to prevent direct sunlight and rain erosion. Please reserve space for wiring, manual operation, etc.
●Ambient temperature: -25~+55C
Connection to the valve
● Manually rotate the valve, confirm that there is no abnormality, and turn the valve to the fully closed position.
● Gently fix the standard (high temperature) bracket on the valve (do not tighten the screws yet).
● Put the coupling on the valve stem of the valve.
