Compared with traditional electric actuators, intelligent electric actuators mainly have the following characteristics:
(1) The main parameters and technical indicators of intelligent electric actuators are advanced, such as working dead zone, basic error, hysteresis and other indicators have reached or approached the world's advanced level.
(2) The intelligent electric actuator adopts advanced microcomputer and digital display technology, replaces the traditional servo amplifier with an intelligent servo amplifier, and replaces the original analog pointer type operator with a digital operator, which solves the problem of eye fatigue caused by the frequent beating of the digital display. question.
(3) The intelligent electric actuator is powerful and easy to use, with functions such as self-diagnosis, self-adjustment and PI adjustment, especially the PI adjustment function can save the front-level regulator and directly accept the transmitter signal.
(4) The intelligent electric actuator has added the software correction of flow characteristics. After using the microprocessor, it can flexibly set and change the flow characteristics, improve the control performance of the control valve, so that a control valve with an inherent characteristic can have a variety of output characteristics, so that the valve that cannot be modified by the shape of the spool (butterfly valve) can also be used. The flow characteristics can be changed, and the non-standard characteristics can be corrected to the standard characteristics. This function will change the current situation of correcting the flow characteristics by spool processing for a long time.
(5) The intelligent electric actuator adopts electric braking and continuous adjustment technology in the adjustment, and the mechanical friction brake can be cancelled for the actuator with self-locking function, which improves the reliability of the whole machine.
(6) The design of the three-phase amplifier of the intelligent electric actuator adopts a combined scheme of connecting a three-phase power converter to a single-phase intelligent servo amplifier, which is convenient for production and material preparation, and provides the possibility for the control of the three-phase power supply in the control room.
