The human-machine interface LCD display window displays the valve position, torque and functional status of the actuator in Chinese/English, numbers, graphics, etc. Local operation unit: The local magnetic button switch can switch the on-site and remote control states in a state completely isolated from the electrical box to easily control and set the actuator.
The circuit board is the core of the entire control system and has the ability to work in a coordinated and effective manner in various environments.
The actuator uses an over-torque protection measurement mechanism. When the set torque range is exceeded, the actuator will be locked to output the signal in that direction, and the motor will stop rotating, thereby protecting the valve, the actuator's transmission parts and the motor. When the fault is eliminated, the actuator can resume normal operation by powering off or instantly reversing the signal.
The output arm base is the supporting structure of the actuator. Its main function is to bear the weight of the actuator and the end effector. It is usually equipped with a built-in motor or cylinder, which can achieve 360-degree rotation and height adjustment. The base provides a stable foundation for the actuator, making layout and installation more convenient.
