DQW type electric actuator is suitable for butterfly valve, ball valve, plug valve and other part-turn valves and similar equipment. The product has compact structure, large starting torque, high control precision, complete functions, reliable performance and easy installation and adjustment. DQ is superimposed (DZW type plus two-stage reducer) / DQJ is an quarter-turn electric actuator with a pedestal and a lever for the damper. It is combined with a valve to form an electric valve for driving and controlling the opening and closing of the valve. The operator can control the valve from a distance in the control room or on the site. The product is widely used in industrial sectors such as water supply and drainage, heating, power station, chemical, food, textile, paper, pharmaceutical, shipbuilding, steel and coal.

According to the using environment: DQW/DQJW is outdoor type, DQB/DQJB is Ex-proof type, DQZ/DQJZ is integration type, DQT/DQJT is integral regulating type, DQBZ/DQJBZ is integral Ex-proof type, DQBT/DQJBT is Ex-proof integral regulation type. Torque range: 100N.m ~ 165000N.m

The performance of this product complies with the provisions of JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Valve Electric Devices". Ex-proof performance meets GB3836.1-83 "General requirements for Ex-proof electrical equipment for explosive atmospheres", GB3836.2-83 "Ex-proof electrical equipment for Ex-proof electrical equipment "d"" and JB/T8529-1997 Provisions for Technical Conditions for Explosive Valve Electric Devices.

3)DQJBZ300-0.5 indicates Ex-proof integration type,Output torque 3000N.m(300Kgf.m), Output speed 0.5r/min, with base and conecting rod.

Basic type and outdoor type for locations where there are no flammable/explosive and non-corrosive media; Ex-proof products are available in dI and dIIBT4. dI is suitable for non-mining working faces in coal mines; dIIBT4 is used in factories and is suitable for explosive gas mixtures in the T1-T4 group with environment IIA and IIB. (See GB3836.1 for details)

Structure

DQW type valve electric device is made up of the first stage DZW type (Ex-proof type is DZB) multi-turn valve electric device and the second stage reducer. The first stage DZW type (Ex-proof type is DZB) electric device structure, see DZW Type valve electric device description:

The DZW electric actuator consists of an electric motor, a speed reducer, a torque controller, a stroke controller, an opening indicator, a Manual - electric switching mechanism:, a hand wheel and an electronic part. The Baic type is flat seal; the outdoor type adopts round and O-ring seals; the Ex-proof type has the same sealing structure as the outdoor type, and the Ex-proof surface structure is added, and the Ex-proof junction box and the YBDF series are used outdoors. Three-phase motor for anti-corrosion and Ex-proof electric valves. The transmission principle is shown in Figure 4.

Electric Valve Description

1. This valve adopts the three-eccentric sealing structure, and the seats and disc plates are nearly free of abrasion, and the sealing function is more and more tight. 

2. The sealing ring choose stainless steel, has the dual advantages of metal hard seal and elastic sealing, no matter in the case of low or high temperature, it has good sealing performance in both, corrosion resistance, long service life, etc. 

3. The sealing surface of plate is covered with cobalt hard alloy, the sealing surface is corrosion resistant, and the service life is long. 

4. This valve has a two-way sealing function. It is not restricted by the media flow when installed, and it is not affected by the space position. It can be installed in any direction.
