Linear-turn Electric Actuator

The electric actuator is one of the executive unit products in the electric unit combination instrument. The actuator and the control valve body constitute the electric control valve, which is the executive regulating mechanism in the industrial process measurement and control system. It can be widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, water treatment, shipbuilding, papermaking, power station, heating, building automation, light industry, etc. It uses 220V (110V, 380V) AC power supply and 24V DC power supply as the driving power supply, and 4-20mA current signal or 0-10V DC voltage signal as the control signal. It can move the valve to the desired position and realize its automatic control. The maximum output torque is 25000N.

This actuator is mainly composed of the following parts:

●Controller: receives DC4~ 20mA or DC1~5V signal from the regulator and controls the actuator to work in a predetermined mode.

●Transmission mechanism: converts the rotary motion of the motor into the linear reciprocating motion of the power output shaft to realize the switch and adjustment function of the regulating valve.

●Opening detection mechanism: feeds back the linear motion displacement of the output shaft (the opening of the valve core) to the potentiometer through the rack and gear, which is converted into an electrical signal by the potentiometer and then fed back to the controller. When the difference between the input signal from the regulator and the opening signal of the valve core is zero, the motor will stop working.

●Coupling mechanism: connect the actuator and the controlled valve through the bracket, and connect the actuator output shaft and the valve stem by the opening and closing nut. The opening and closing nut has a pointer and the bracket has a scale to indicate the displacement of the output shaft (or valve stem).

1 The adjustment stroke can be set arbitrarily within the full stroke range of the valve machinery, including the direction of valve opening and closing;

2 The speed can be adjusted arbitrarily within 20%-100% of the allowable speed range of the actuator;

5 Anti-jamming settings are provided for special working conditions, such as tar medium working conditions;

6 Provide heat tracing setting, which can be turned on when the temperature is lower than -20°C to keep the motor and circuit board at a certain temperature;
