Actuator Description

SD series electric actuators are manufactured by our company adopting and the main components are imported. SD series electric actuator is the terminal control device of industrial process measurement and control system. It can convert the control signal (analog signal or intermittent signal) of the system into the displacement (angular displacement, multi-turn displacement or linear displacement) output of the output part. The torque or force is used to control the position of the shut-off piece in the valve or other adjustment mechanisms, so that the controlled medium works according to the state specified by the system.

Internal Details

Using reasonable integrated compression technology, the powerful system integration function is fully reflected in the wide range of product functions, and fewer electronic components and complex electronic connections are used to ensure that the electric actuator has a high degree of electronic control reliability.
The output shaft of FRYSD series electric actuator adopts spline design, and the position of the output arm can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the opening and closing degree and position of the valve, which is convenient for operation.
The actuator is equipped with a hand wheel, so that when the power supply fails, the hand wheel can be turned to control the opening and closing actions. When the hand wheel is required to ope rate Jhe hand wheel can be turned to the direction of the hand wheel axis. The operation is completedthe hand wheel Automatic clutch, the hand wheel does not turn when it is electric.
Structure Features

The discrete proportional adjustment electric actuator is actually composed of two parts: a remote control actuator and an independently installed position locator GAMX-20.
The position locator GAMX-2000 of the integral proportional adjustment electric actuator is installed on the power part of the actuator to form a whole.
The remote control electric actuator is controlled by the switch (relay) signal to control the displacement of the output part, and the output part stops moving when the switch is reset.
The principle of the on-off type (two-position) electric actuator is basically the same as that of the remote control type, because the switch type (two-position)
