Characteristics of electric metal sealing ball valve
1. Three-way ball valve
Electric three-way ball valve is a new type of three-way switching ball valve, which can be used to control the reversal, divergence or confluence of media in three pipelines. According to the different ball core structures, it can be divided into T type or L type. T type electric The difference between the three-way ball valve and the L-type electric three-way ball valve mainly lies in the difference in internal structure. There is no difference in appearance! The T-type ball valve can connect three orthogonal pipelines to each other and cut off the third channel to divide and merge the flow, while the L-type ball valve can only connect two mutually orthogonal pipelines and cannot maintain the mutual flow of the third pipeline at the same time. Connectivity only plays a distribution role.
The working principle of ball valve
The opening and closing part of the ball valve is a sphere with a circular channel, which rotates around an axis perpendicular to the channel. The ball rotates with the valve stem to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the channel. The ball valve only needs to be rotated 90 degrees and a small rotational torque to close tightly. According to the needs of working conditions, different driving devices can be assembled to form ball valves with various control methods, such as electric ball valves, pneumatic ball valves, hydraulic ball valves, etc.
When the ball valve rotates 90 degrees, the inlet and outlet should all present spherical surfaces, thereby closing the valve and cutting off the flow of the medium.
