The electric soft-seal butterfly valve adopts a combination of high-performance rubber sealing ring and precision-cast valve body, and is equipped with an integrated intelligent actuator to achieve precise opening, closing and regulation of the fluid. It is suitable for liquid and gas medium control in industries such as water treatment, HVAC, food, medicine, and chemicals. It supports remote automated operation, has excellent sealing performance, and meets the needs of harsh working conditions.

Triple sealing design

INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
Before installing the valve, clean the impurities in the pipeline to ensure that the valve plate is opened without obstruction; tighten the flange bolts evenly diagonally to avoid deformation of the valve body that affects the seal; the actuator wiring needs to be grounded to avoid signal interference.
Check the seal ring wear regularly (recommended every 2 years); If the valve is not used for a long time, it is necessary to fully open or close the valve to prevent rubber adhesion; The actuator should be lubricated every 3 years.
SELECTION GUIDE
Select sealing material according to the characteristics of the medium:
EPDM: resistant to hot water, weak acid and alkali;
NBR: resistant to oil and petroleum media;
Silicone rubber: resistant to high temperature (≤150℃).
Actuator selection:
For conventional control, select on-off type (on/off signal);
For flow regulation, select regulating type (4-20mA feedback).
