Fire resistant construction
Fire-resistant valves are fire tested in accordance with API 607 4th Edition and BS 6755 Part 2.
The shaft is fixed and reliable
The top of the 2"-24" (DN50-600) shaft is equipped with a fixed ring to prevent the upper part of the shaft from moving out of the gland when the shaft breaks accidentally.
CE marked valves available
Valves that comply with the European Community Pressure Vessel Directive (PED) 97/23/EC, with CE marking and documentation, are available. The valve structure is ANSi Class 150 or Class 300 standard or fireproof. Its operating torque, construction options and valve dimensions are exactly the same as standard ANSI Class 150 and Class 300.
Valve seat is easy to repair and maintain
The valve seat can be replaced by simply removing the insert without disassembling the butterfly plate and shaft.

Technical Parameters
1. Valve seat rating The valve seat rating indicated on the curve table is for the valve seat only and is based on the pressure difference across the disc when the valve is fully closed. These ratings serve as a guide for use under common conditions. Based on past experience, through improvements and changes to other valve seat materials, the ratings used can be higher. 2. Valve body rating The maximum operating pressure of the valve body and the test pressure of various valve body materials are shown in the valve body pressure rating table below. The actual operating pressure is determined based on the valve seat rating. The test pressure is the pressure of the static pressure test when the butterfly plate is opened.
