Its advantage is that compared with the butterfly plate valve seat, it greatly reduces the chance of the valve seat directly contacting the medium, thereby reducing the degree of erosion of the valve seat and extending the service life of the valve seat.
Folded thin layer valve seat structure The valve seat is made of metal sealing sheets and graphite sheets stacked together. This structure can effectively prevent the influence of tiny solids in the medium and the sealing surface bite caused by thermal expansion. Even if there is a slight damage, it will not cause leakage, which is unimaginable for double eccentric butterfly valves or other triple eccentric butterfly valves.
Foldable replaceable sealing pair It's sealing pair is unique. Not only can the valve seat be replaced, but also because the butterfly plate sealing surface is independent of the butterfly plate, the butterfly plate sealing surface can also be replaced. That is to say, when the butterfly plate sealing surface is damaged, there is no need to transport it back to the manufacturer or disassemble the valve in a large scale. You only need to replace the butterfly plate sealing surface.
