OVERVIEW

XSL series electric actuator is one of the actuator products in the DDZ series of electric unit combination instruments. The actuator and the control valve body constitute an electric control valve, which is an actuator and regulating mechanism in the industrial process measurement and control system. It can be widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, water treatment, shipbuilding, papermaking, power station, heating, building automation, light industry, etc. It uses 220V (110V, 380V) AC power supply and 24V DC power supply as the driving power supply, and 4-20mA current signal or 0-10V DC voltage signal as the control signal. It can move the valve to the desired position and realize its automatic control. The maximum output torque is 25000N.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The working principle of the XSL series intelligent linear turn electric actuator is shown in the figure. The single-chip microprocessor and peripheral chip form an intelligent control unit, which receives standard 4-20mA DC signals (or voltage signals), and sends them to the microprocessor after signal conditioning and A/D conversion. The microprocessor sends the processed data to the LCD to display the adjustment results. The control signal generated after the operation and processing drives the motor, drives the transmission screw after speed change, generates mechanical stroke, and feeds the data to the microprocessor for data processing after position detection to complete the action of the "signal and position" correspondence relationship.

In addition, the system also has a communication function, which can receive instructions from the host computer and perform remote digital control. Operations are performed on the intelligent controller panel, and the actuator can also be controlled locally through menus and buttons. This system also has fault alarms and independent analog 4-20mA position feedback outputs.
