OVERVIEW

ZDLM series electric sleeve control valve receives DC signal from the regulating instrument, changes the flow of the regulated medium, and keeps the controlled process parameters at a given value. It is widely used in production automation control in industrial sectors such as power, metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, textile, pharmaceutical, and papermaking. The nominal diameter of this series of products ranges from 20 to 200mm, the nominal pressure is 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4MPa, the operating temperature range is from -40C to 450C, and the receiving signal is 0~10mA.DC or 4~20mA.DC. Among them, the electric single-seat control valve is suitable for occasions with small pressure difference, large medium viscosity or slight particle impurities. The electric sleeve control valve is suitable for occasions with large pressure difference. According to the material of the valve trim sealing part, there are two types of metal-metal and non-metal-metal seals. The latter can reach the VI level (zero leakage) standard when the valve is closed. According to the different packings, it can be divided into general packing seals and bellows seals. The former is used in general occasions, while the latter is used in important occasions where leakage is not allowed. The flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. Equipped with different actuators, it can be divided into two types: ordinary type and electronic type. A variety of varieties and sizes are available.

 

FEATURES

1. The valve body is designed according to the principle of fluid mechanics with a low-resistance flow channel with equal cross-section, and the rated flow coefficient is increased by 30%.

2. The adjustable range is large, the inherent adjustable ratio is 50, and the flow characteristics are linear and equal percentage.

3. The valve plug of the electric sleeve control valve is equipped with upper and lower pressure equalization holes, the unbalanced force is small, the valve stability is good, the sleeve is highly interchangeable, and the pressure difference is large.

4. The regulating cut-off type adopts a soft sealing structure valve core, which reaches the V-level leakage standard (zero leakage)

5. The servo amplifier adopts deep dynamic negative feedback to improve the automatic adjustment accuracy

6. The electric operator has various forms and can be applied to 4~20mA. DC or 0~10mA.DC.

7. The electronic electric control valve can directly control the valve opening by the current signal without the need for a servo amplifier.

8. The bellows-sealed control valve forms a complete seal on the moving valve stem to prevent fluid leakage.

FAULTS AND SOLUTIONS

 

1. No action, power light off

Connect the power supply

 

2. The motor does not start, the power light is on, and the input signal light is on.

Check the voltage to make sure it is normal. Set the input signal selection switch to the correct position, lower the ambient temperature, reduce the frequency and sensitivity of use, or replace the capacitor, replace the wire, or connect the wire and the corresponding plug.

 

3. Motor oscillation, heat

Check the input signal to eliminate interference, adjust the sensitivity, use the potentiometer to reduce the sensitivity, and check to make it normal.

 

4. No valve position feedback signal

Check valve position feedback signal line

 

5. The valve position feedback signal is too large or too small

Check the potentiometer installation and adjust the zero position and travel potentiometer

Main methods of hardening treatment

Commonly used valve internal component materials are SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L, SUS410, SUS420, etc., and are processed accordingly according to different fluid conditions. For controlling cavitation fluids, fluids containing solid particles, and high-temperature and high-pressure situations, they must be hardened. treatment to extend the service life of the valve.

 

Heat treatment

a.304/316 solid solution treatment

This series of materials is austenitic stainless steel and is mainly used in working conditions where the medium is corrosive or in low-temperature situations. When the medium is highly corrosive, solution treatment must be carried out. The purpose of solution treatment is to improve the hardness and corrosion resistance of the material. Temperature range -196~530°C

b.410/420 quenching and tempering treatment (quenching + tempering) The material of this series is martensitic stainless steel, which is an excellent cavitation-resistant material. It must be quenched and tempered when used in high-temperature and high-pressure difference situations. The purpose of quenching and tempering treatment is to greatly improve the hardness of the material and extend its service life under harsh working conditions. Temperature range -45~425°C

c.17-4PH precipitation hardening treatment Different types and quantities of strengthening elements are added to the chemical composition of stainless steel, and different types and quantities of carbides, nitrides, carbides and intermetallic compounds are precipitated through the precipitation hardening process, which not only improves the strength of the steel but maintains sufficient toughness. A type of high-strength stainless steel, referred to as precipitation hardening. Temperature range -45~425°C

 

Surface hardening treatment

Surface heat treatment is divided into two categories: surface quenching and surface chemical heat treatment. a. Flame heating surface quenching, contact electric heating surface quenching, induction heating surface quenching, etc. b. Carburizing, nitriding, carbonitriding, chromium boronizing, copper infiltrating, etc.

 

Surfacing treatment

Stellite cladding (main components Co, Cr, W) is a commonly used hardening treatment method with excellent corrosion resistance. There are two methods of Stellite surfacing: full surfacing and partial surfacing. There is no standard regulation for the specific surfacing method. It usually depends on the different pressures and temperatures of the fluid and whether the fluid contains particles.
