Product structures

The wafer butterfly valve uses stud bolts to connect the valve between two pipe flanges. It has a simple structure, small size and light weight, and consists of only a few parts. Moreover, it only needs to be rotated 90° to quickly open and close, which is simple to operate. At the same time, the valve has good fluid control characteristics. When the butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the only resistance when the medium flows through the valve body. Therefore, the pressure drop generated by the valve is very small, so it has good flow control characteristics. Butterfly valves have two sealing types: elastic seal and metal seal. For elastic sealing valves, the sealing ring can be embedded in the valve body or attached to the periphery of the butterfly plate.

Precautions
The valve should be stored in a dry, ventilated room, and the valve passage should be blocked at both ends.
Valves stored for a long time should be inspected regularly to remove dirt. Special attention should be paid to the cleaning of the sealing surface to prevent damage to the sealing surface.
Before installation, you should carefully check whether the valve mark is consistent with the usage requirements.
The valve channel and sealing surface should be checked before installation. If there is dirt, wipe it clean with a cleaning cloth.
Before installation, check whether the packing is tight and ensure the sealing of the packing. At the same time, it should not hinder the rotation of the valve stem.
The tightening force of the connecting bolts should be even and appropriate during installation.
This butterfly valve can be installed on horizontal and vertical pipelines. The installation position should ensure easy use, maintenance and replacement.
When opening or closing a manual valve, the handle should be used to open and close the valve, and no auxiliary lever or other tools should be used.
