Flat bottom valve seat
Traditional gate valves often accumulate in the groove at the bottom of the valve due to foreign objects such as stones, wood blocks, cement, paper scraps, debris and other silt after the pipe is flushed with water, which can easily lead to leakage due to inability to close tightly. The bottom of the soft seal gate valve adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause debris accumulation and allows the fluid to flow unimpeded.
Overall rubber coating
The valve is made of high-quality rubber for the entire interior and exterior. The domestic first-class rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanized valve to ensure precise geometric dimensions, and the rubber and ductile iron valve are firmly connected, not easy to fall off, and have good elastic memory.
Precision cast valve body
The valve body is precision cast, and its precise geometric dimensions ensure the sealing of the valve without any finishing work on the northern part of the valve body.
Three "0" type
Because the valve stem adopts a three "O" ring seal design. It can reduce the frictional resistance when switching on and off, greatly reduce water leakage, and can replace the sealing ring without stopping water.
