Introduction
The opening and closing part of the globe valve is a plug-shaped valve disc. The sealing surface is flat or sea cone surface. The valve disc moves linearly along the center line of the valve seat. Since the change of the valve seat opening is proportional to the stroke of the valve disc, It is very suitable for regulating flow.
Working principle
The valve plays an important role in cutting off and throttling the medium in the pipeline in which it is located. As an extremely important cut-off valve, the globe valve is sealed by applying torque to the valve stem, which moves in the axial direction. The valve disc exerts pressure to make the valve disc sealing surface and the valve seat sealing surface closely fit, preventing the medium from leaking along the gap between the sealing surfaces.
