Single acting actuator

Air is taken in at port "A", and the compressed air overcomes the spring force and pushes both ends of the piston to move, causing the actuator output shaft to rotate counterclockwise (0°-90°), and is exhausted at port "B".

When the actuator is cut off, the piston moves to the middle under the action of the spring force, causing the actuator output shaft to rotate clockwise (90°-0°), and the "A" port is exhausted.

Selection

When selecting a pneumatic actuator, add a safety value to the determined torque of the valve. For water vapor or non-lubricated liquid media, increase the safety value by 25%; for non-lubricated slurry liquid media, increase the safety value by 30%: for non-lubricated dry gas The medium increases the safety value by 40%: the non-lubricated granular powder medium transported by gas increases the safety value by 60%: the clean, low-friction lubricating medium increases the safety value by 20% (for reference only).
