Pneumatic soft seal ball valve
Overview
It consists of a ball, pneumatic actuator (double-acting/single-acting), explosion-proof limit switch, explosion-proof solenoid valve, air filter, etc. Equipped with a pressure reducing valve and a 0.4-0.7MPa air source, the switch operation can be realized, and two pairs of passive contact signals are sent to indicate the switch of the valve. Pneumatic explosion-proof ball valve actuators are divided into two types: single-acting and double-acting. The unique advantage of the single-acting type is that once the power source fails, the pneumatic explosion-proof ball valve will automatically be in the open or closed position according to the requirements of the control system. Pneumatic explosion-proof ball valves can be widely used in industrial automatic control such as petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, metallurgy, electric power, chemical fiber, teaching equipment, light industry, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, high-pressure equipment, etc.

It adopts an explosion-proof structural design with "small upper part and large lower part" with convex shoulders. The convex shoulders and valve shaft are integrally designed, which has strong shear resistance and can eliminate the possibility of the valve stem exploding under internal pressure.
