PRODUCT STRUCTURE
Material and channel design:
The valve body is usually cast in stainless steel, carbon steel or special alloy, which is corrosion-resistant and has strong pressure-bearing capacity. The three-way structure contains three fluid ports (such as T-port or L-port layout):
T-port valve body: The three ports are arranged at right angles to achieve multi-flow switching (such as inlet diversion or outlet confluence).
L-port valve body: The three ports are arranged in an L shape, mainly used for flow switching (such as two inlets and one outlet or one inlet and two outlets).
Flow channel optimization: The inner cavity is designed to be smooth to reduce pressure loss and adapt to high flow conditions.
Ball structure
Multi-channel ball core:
The surface of the ball has channels with specific angles (such as 90° or 120°), and the flow direction is changed by rotation. For example:
T-port ball core: It can be switched to "three-way full-pass", "T-port diversion" or "L-port switching" mode.
L-port ball core: It is limited to a specific flow direction combination (such as single inlet and double outlet).
Surface treatment: The ball is often plated with hard chrome or sprayed with a ceramic layer to enhance wear resistance and sealing.
