1. Product Introduction
Electric gate valve control the valve by rising and falling the gate. Its gate perpendicular to way of the fluid, and the size of the channel can be changed by altering the relative position between gate and valve seat. The product has many advantages, like: small hydraulic resistance, small area of sealing face will be eroded by medium, saving effort when it turn and turn off, unlimited of the flow direction of medium, and not turbulent flow, not reducing pressure, simple outlook, short structure length, good manufacture usability, widely applicable range.
2. Performance Feature
1. The valve adopt self-tightening type pressure sealing structure or valve body and bonnet gasket sealing structure. Safe to use.
2. The valve clack adopt double-gate and with universal joint structure in the middle of it. It can adjust the sealing face’s percent of contact area of valve clack and seat automatically to ensure the seal of valve. Meanwhile this kind of structure easy to maintain and saving the expenses, also has a better interchangeability of valve clack.
3. The sealing face of valve clack and valve seat was made by cobalt, chromium and tungsten cemented carbide and formed by plasma spray welding technique. It has high hardness, and resisted abrasion, anti-scuffing and with long using lifetime.
4. The valve rod was made by nitriding steel. It surface treatment in nitrogen, and has high hardness, anti-scuffing, anti-corrosion and with long using lifetime.
5. The electric actuator equipped with torque control mechanism, field operation mechanism and manual and electrical switching mechanism. Except locally operation, it also can proceed remote-controlled operation, PLC control, 4~20mA current input and output intelligent control and etc.
6. Manually-operated gate valve open by manual mechanism or hand wheel when collision happened. And reduce the operating force of valve.
7. Valve can be installed on the any position in the pipeline. And choosing the carbon steel or alloy steel valve according to the medium and medium temperature.
(When first time install and debug the product, user should open the valve on about half position by hand, that is to avoid the valve or actuator damaged because of the incorrect way of installation of phase sequence of electrical machine.)

Classification of operating temperature
(1) Ultralow temperature valve: apply to the valve which medium operating temperature t<-100℃.
(2) Low temperature valve: apply to the valve which medium operating temperature -100℃≤t≤-40℃.
(3) Normal temperature valve: apply to the valve which medium operating temperature -40℃≤t≤120℃.
(4) Intermediate temperature valve: apply to the valve which medium operating temperature 120℃.
(5) High temperature valve: apply to the valve which medium operating temperature t>450℃.
