The main technical parameters


The actuator is designed with a servo system (no need for additional servo amplifier), and it only needs to be connected to DC4~20mA (or DC1~5V) signal and AC220V single-phase power supply to work. Built-in boundary terminals make wiring extremely simple and convenient.
The key component of the actuator, the controller, uses hybrid integrated circuits, sealed and cast with resin, and is box-shaped, small in size and high in reliability.
The feedback detection of the driving amount uses a high- performance conductive plastic potentiometer with a resolution of 0.4﹪
Equipped with self-diagnosis function, when a fault occurs, the indicator light on the controller will immediately send out an indication signal.
The status selector switch can be used to set the valve core to be fully open, fully closed or self-locking when the signal is off.
Use the status selector switch to set forward and reverse actions.
The input signal can be set to DC4~20mA or DC1~5V using the status selection switch.
It is simple and easy to adjust the working zero point (starting point) and the full stroke position (end point).
When the power is suddenly cut off, it can ensure that the valve core is self-locking.
It adopts gear transmission and has high reliability.
Using intelligent limit, the working performance is more stable and reliable than the limit switch.
The delay protection function can implement state self-locking at rated load. When a fault occurs, the protection can be started, and the delay protection can be canceled by reverse operation.
1. Adjust the actuator.
Whether it leaves the factory as a stand-alone machine or is assembled on a regulating valve, it has been adjusted before leaving the factory. However, considering that severe vibrations, impacts, etc. may occur during transportation and installation, you should confirm before operation. Is the action accurate? If there is any deviation or does not meet the current requirements, it should be readjusted according to the following steps.
1.1 Wiring
a) Loosen the guard fastening bolts and remove the guard vertically upwards.
b) The connection between the external wiring and the terminals on the controller shall be in accordance with the wiring diagram on the side of the controller.
1.2 Status switch settings
There are a total of 6 status switches on the controller: The forward and reverse action states are set by switches ① and ②; The action state of the off signal is set by switches ③, ④, and ⑤; The input signal status is set by switch ⑥.
a) Input signal status setting. When the input signal is DC4~20mA, turn switch ⑥ to the right to ON (connect). When the input signal is DC1~5V, turn switch ⑥ to the left to OFF (break) ※The switch in Figure 1 ⑥ Turn ON to the right, and the input signal is DC4~20 mA.
b) Off signal action state setting ◎ "Full open state": Turn switch ③ to the right to ON (connect) and turn switches ④ and ⑤ to the left to OFF (break). (When the input signal is disconnected, the output shaft of the actuator rises to the upper limit and stops, and the valve core is in the "fully open" position) ◎ "Fully closed state": Turn switch ④ to the right to turn ON (pass) and turn switch ③ and ⑤ turn OFF to the left. (When the input signal is disconnected, the output shaft of the actuator drops to the lower limit and stops, and the valve core is in the "fully closed" position) ◎ "Maintain state" turn switch ⑤ to the right to ON (pass), turn switch ③ and ④ Turn OFF to the left. (When the input signal is disconnected, the output shaft of the actuator stops moving, and the valve core remains in the corresponding position.) ※The settings of switches ③, ④, and ⑤ in Figure 1 are "hold" state c) forward and reverse action state Set ◎ "positive action state": turn switch ① to the right to ON (connect), turn switch ② to the left to OFF (off) (as the input signal increases, the output shaft moves downward (closes the valve core); then As the input signal decreases, the output shaft moves upward (opens the valve core).) ◎ "Reverse action state": Turn switch ② to the right to ON (connect), turn switch ① to the left to OFF (off) (with the input As the signal increases, the output shaft moves upward (opens the valve core); as the input signal decreases, the output shaft moves downward (closes the valve core).)
