The PT-3D-J three-phase regulating module is a new-generation three-phase integral regulating electric actuator special control module developed on the basis of the PT-3C-J module introduced by our company. It receives DC 4 ~ 20mA standard current signal from DCS or other systems or PLC controllers, and controls the electric actuator to complete the proportional adjustment of the valve opening degree. The product integrates many functions such as phase adjustment, proportional adjustment, isolation amplification, valve position transmission, power drive, etc., with phase loss protection, over torque protection, electronic interlock protection, forbidden delay protection, and loss of confidence protection. Perfect protection functions such as temperature protection. It can also be equipped with on-site button board to implement on-site operation and provide a variety of alarm outputs; add a valve position liquid crystal display to accurately and intuitively display the valve position opening; plus an infrared remote control to achieve a higher level of protection on-site operation. The product has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability, reliable performance, shock resistance, moisture resistance, small size, simple wiring and convenient debugging.
Main technical parameters and performance characteristics
1. Power supply voltage: 380V±10%, 50HZ±5% (special requirements can be made at the time of ordering).
2. Power supply wiring: three-phase three-wire system, three-phase four-wire system.
3. It can automatically identify and adjust the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply, and correctly perform the opening and closing control of the valve. 4. With phase loss protection, over-torque protection, electronic interlock protection, forbidden delay protection, loss of confidence protection, temperature protection and other perfect protection functions.
5. It can be added: on-site button board, valve position LCD screen, infrared remote control and other functions.
6. Provide two sets of output dry contacts: a set of integrated alarm (power outage, phase loss, over torque, loss of letter) a set of remote / on-site status indication.
7. The input/output signal channels are all optically isolated (can withstand 2000V surge voltage).
8. Input signal: DC4mA ~ 20mA.
9. Output signal: DC4mA ~ 20mA.
10. Input channel impedance: 150Ω (DC4mA~20mA), ≧500KΩ (DC1V~5V).
11. Output current load resistance: ≦ 750Ω.
12. Adaptation valve position potentiometer resistance: 1KΩ.
13. The adjustment range of the output valve position current is large: the low end is 0% to 85%, that is, the low end does not need to be adjusted to the zero position; the high end is 15% to 100%. That is, when the single-turn valve potentiometer has a small rotation angle (0 to 45°), or when the rotation angle is large (0° to 270° or 0° to 330°), DC4mA to 20mA can be adjusted.
14. the unique feedback current adjustment technology only needs to open and close the valve once, you can accurately adjust the DC 4 ~ 20mA current, without the traditional way of repeated adjustment.
15. It can set the positive action and the reverse action through the dial switch on the module: when the positive action, the control current 4mA corresponds to the valve full off, the 20mA corresponding valve is fully open; the reaction control current 20mA corresponds to the valve full shut, 4mA corresponds to the valve fully open .
16. It can set three working states when the control current signal is lost through the DIP switch on the module: keep the original position, fully open, and fully off. (Note: When the control current is lower than 2 mA, it is regarded as signal loss).
17, It can be applied to reversible control, the on-duration rate is 50%, the number of times per hour is 1200 times.
18. Sensitivity: 0.3~20% adjustable.
19. Working temperature: -30℃ ~ +70 ℃ (please call for special temperature requirements).
20. Ambient humidity: ≦95% (25℃).
