The position positioning board is essentially a multi-functional control board that compares the control signal with the position feedback signal, whose difference value is amplified to control the motor's rotation, stop and rotation direction. It controls the actuator to control the terminal component automatically according to the control signal of the system. It is connected with the actuator to control the actuator's accurate positioning as required.It is mainly composed of comparison amplification, logic protection, logic judgment and ac power switch, and the power amplification part of the control motor is mainly composed of photoelectric coupling zero-crossing trigger solid-state relay (contactless switch). With high technology level, all key electronic components adopt imported high-precision micro components, and all integrated circuits adopt products of famous companies such as MOTOROLA and national semiconductor. The positioning accuracy of the positioner is high, with strong anti-interference ability. It has low temperature and drift and is convenient to adjust. Meanwhile, it also increases the function of electric limit and resistance to sudden power interference. As shown in figure 5.7:
