Overview
The hoist is used in various large-scale water supply and drainage, water conservancy and hydropower projects. It is used to control the lifting and lowering of various large and medium-sized cast iron gates and steel gates to achieve the purpose of opening and closing. The working principle of the electric hoist is that the hoist drives the hoist nut to rotate, and under the action of the trapezoidal thread, the screw rod drives the weir gate body to run up and down, so as to cut off or dredge the water flow. It has the functions of light weight, flexible operation, anti-corrosion, no rust, convenient installation and maintenance, and reliable sealing. Engineering, used as cut-off, regulating flow and controlling water level. The regulating weir gate is generally installed on the upper part of the pool to adjust the water level in the pool, such as the distribution well of the aeration tank or some water outlets.
Hoist
The hoist is mainly composed of motor, deceleration device and weir door assembly. The motor drives the screw rod on the upper part of the weir gate through the deceleration device. Through the vertical displacement of the screw rod, the weir gate is pulled by the hinge machine to change the angle with the liquid surface, so as to achieve the purpose of changing the water level and controlling the flow.

role of electric hoist
The electric hoist is mainly used to control the lifting of various gates, weir gates and valves, so as to realize the opening and closing of gates or valves. It is generally divided into manual and electric control. When the gate or weir gate has a large ratio of width to height, a double lifting point hoist is required.

When installing the electric hoist, it is necessary to keep the foundation layout plane of the base at 180o; the contact area between the hoist base and the foundation layout plane must reach more than 90%; the screw axis must be perpendicular to the horizontal plane measured on the gate platform; it must be hung with the gate The earholes are aligned and vertical to prevent the screw from tilting, causing local stress and damage to the machine.
Place the manual electric hoist at the installation location. Put a limiting disc on the screw rod, screw the screw rod into the machine from the lower part of the beam, when the screw rod is exposed from the top of the machine, cover the upper limiting disc again. The bottom of the screw rod is connected with the gate.
The foundation for installing the hoist must be solid and safe. Concrete for machine base and basic components shall be poured according to the drawings. When the concrete strength does not reach the design strength, it is not allowed to dismantle and change the temporary support of the hoist, let alone carry out trial adjustment and trial operation.
During installation, according to the lifting center line of the gate, find the center so that the vertical and horizontal center line deviation does not exceed plus or minus 3mm, and the elevation deviation does not exceed plus or minus 5mm. Then pour the second-stage concrete or connect with the embedded steel plate.
The installation of the electrical equipment of the product must comply with the requirements of the drawings and instructions, and all electrical equipment must be reliably grounded.
After the product is installed, it is necessary to clean the machine, repair the damaged protective paint, and inject grease.

Operating procedures
1. The construction unit should install the gate hoist on a flat, solid foundation with good visibility, and the body and anchor must be firm. The gate hoist and the center line of the guide pulley should be vertically aligned, and the distance between the gate hoist and the pulley should generally be no less than fifteen meters.
2. Before the adjustment operation, the wire rope, clutch, brake, safety ratchet, transmission pulley, etc. should be checked to ensure safety and reliability before operation. The wire rope must be arranged neatly on the drum, and at least three turns must be retained during operation. During operation, no one is allowed to cross the wire rope of the gate hoist to prevent accidents.
3. When lifting heavy objects and staying in the air, in addition to using the brake, the ratchet safety card should be used. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to leave the post without authorization.
4. During work, the signal of the commander should be obeyed. When the signal is unclear or may cause an accident, the operation should be suspended and the operation can be continued after the situation is clarified. If there is a sudden power outage during operation, the switch should be pulled open immediately and the transported objects should be put down.
Testing
1. The operator of the gate hoist must master the structure, performance and operation method of the gate hoist and have certain mechanical knowledge to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
2. Before operation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the gate hoist to check whether the lubrication of each part is good and whether the bolts are loose.
3. When the gate hoist is running, the operator must not leave the site and stop the machine immediately if any problem is found.
4. When repairing the machine, the load must be removed.
5. When in use, lubricating oil must be injected from the oil filling hole at any time. Sufficient lubricating oil must be maintained at all times. The screw must be cleaned of grease and coated with new oil regularly to prevent rust.
