Install

1 Before installation, the distance between the connecting positions should be accurately measured (the adjusting nut should be in the middle position at this time) to determine the length of the connecting pipe. Weld the connecting pipe to the left-hand and right-hand nuts. At this time, you should make appropriate adjustments to shorten or lengthen the connecting rod, and then lock it with the locking nut.

2. First install the hinge on the actuator output lever and the control link of the adjustment mechanism. If cone connection is selected, use a special reamer to ream the output lever and control link into a 1:10 hole before connecting.

3. After the installation is completed, the joint trial operation should be carried out manually. It can be used only if the rotation is flexible.
