1. Button: KO: In the "setting state" (that is, the arrow of the selector switch SA points to "2"), press this key to start the actuator operation. Release this key and the motor will stop. Press KS and KO at the same time for open position calibration. KC: In the "setting state", press this key to make the actuator turn off. Release this key and the motor will stop. Press KS and KC at the same time for fully closed position calibration. KS: Cooperate with KO and KC in "setting state" to achieve specific functions.
2. Select switch: SA: Select the forward and reverse action mode and setting status of the input signal. The arrow points to the corresponding function as follows (set to 1 at the factory): 1--Direct action 2--Set status 3--Reaction SB: Select the processing method when the input signal fails. The arrow points to the corresponding function as follows (set to 2 at the factory)
3. Dead zone value setting potentiometer: Used to set the dead zone value. The potentiometer opening ranges from 1-10, corresponding to the dead zone value 0.5%--5.0% (the dead zone value is set to 1.5% at the factory).
4. Indicator light: L1: Green, power indicator, the light turns on when the power supply terminals N and L of the servo controller are connected. L2: Red, input signal failure fault indication, the light turns on when the input signal fails. L3: Red, position detection circuit fault indication, the light turns on when the opening potentiometer lead is open circuit, short circuit, or damaged. L4: Red, jamming fault indication, the light turns on when jamming occurs.


1. Stroke calibration Fully closed position calibration: Adjust the valve to the fully closed position by pressing the KO and/or KC buttons. First press and hold the KS button, then press the KC button. Keep pressing the two buttons for 4 seconds at the same time. When the indicator light L2 After it lights up, release the KC and KS buttons at the same time, L2 will go out, and the fully closed position calibration is completed. Fully open position calibration: When performing full open position calibration, an accurate 20mADC signal must be added to the input signal end. Tongyun presses the KO and/or KC buttons to adjust the valve to the fully open position. First press and hold the KS button, then press the KO button. Keep pressing the two buttons at the same time for about 4 seconds. When the indicator light L2 lights up, at the same time Release the KO and KS buttons, L2 will go out, and the full-open position calibration is completed.
2. Selection of input signal failure processing method The selector switch SB is used to select the input signal failure processing method: 1--The valve is fully open 2--The valve remains in the original position 3--The valve is fully closed Note: Changes to the selector switch SB are still effective in the automatic running state (that is, when the selector switch SA is set to "1" or "3").
3. Dead zone value setting When the dead zone value setting potentiometer is turned clockwise, the dead zone value increases, and when turned counterclockwise, the dead zone value decreases. There is a scale on the front of the potentiometer. Every time one scale is rotated, the dead zone value changes by 0.5%. When the dead zone value is set to less than 0.5%, the servo controller processes it as 0.5%.
4. In the setting state, the valve can be opened and closed manually by pressing the KO or KC key. SF-ZB servo controller/SF-LB servo controller operation Move the selector switch SA to the "1" or "3" position to enter automatic operation. At this time, the actuator opening and output signal change following the change of the input signal.
