EZSWITCH on-off type application
This configuration requires the user to design the control unit, which is typically located in a remote control cabinet. All feedback signals from the actuator (travel limit, torque limit, motor overheating, position feedback signal, etc.) are processed through the user's control logic. The motor reversing starter is also located in the remote control cabinet.
For the setting of travel limit, the patented cam group system is adopted, and the cam position can be set quickly with only one screwdriver. Each cam can be set independently. Once set, the cam automatically locks in the set position and is not affected by vibration.
EZLOGIC on-off type and modulating type applications
EZ series actuators can be equipped with integrated control functions, which support extended control functions and are more convenient for customers to use Simple debugging: Relying on the buttons and menus on the panel, non-intrusive debugging can be realized. More compact: Improved electronic design. Local commands have 4 buttons, 7-segment digital display, and the position is displayed as a percentage EZLOGIC actuators for on-off or modulating applications are available for precise positioning operations with position feedback (accuracy higher than 2%).
