Quarter-turn actuators are used to operate ball valves, plug valves, butterfly valves, dampers, shutters or other quarter-turn devices.

The EN 15714-2 standard defines the load level of an electric actuator operating a valve, which is divided into 4 levels: Class A-switching level, Class B-fine adjustment/regulation level, Class C-regulation level and Class D-continuous adjustment level. Control
SWITCH limit on-off type control
It is up to the customer to provide the control logic to handle all the various data coming from the actuators. The reversing starter is located in the user's control cabinet.
Integrated control
The INTEGRAL+ control system is fully configurable for all actuator control functions including status reporting, fault handling, system protection and command processing. Local control can be inhibited locally or remotely. The reversing starter is built into the controller. POSIGAM+ controls (Class III actuators) are based on the same electronics platform as INTEGRAL+, adding positioner functionality. Linear signals are used to control the actuator (setpoint) and to control the actual position of the valve (feedback).
INTELLI+® control
INTELLI+® can be set without opening the end cap. INTELLI+® is equipped with an LCD display and associated tools for preventive maintenance.

Position indicator
Visual position indicators provide a clear indication of the current valve position. In fact, this indicator is mechanically linked to the valve shaft.
Emergency operation hand wheel
• Does not follow the handwheel In the event of a power failure or failure of the control system, the presence of the hand wheel allows easy manual actuation of the valve to the desired position. The hand wheel of the whole series of SQ series does not rotate during electric operation.
• Automatic clutch handwheel (optional) Applicable to SQ20 to SQ80 models, patented manual operating system, adopts differential gear transmission, no need to switch clutch before handwheel operation, handwheel operation is possible under all conditions, and can be easily switched even when the valve torque is particularly large.
