Electric Actuator
Electric actuator, also known as electric actuator. It is a driving device that can provide linear or rotary motion. It uses some kind of driving energy and works under some kind of control signal.
Multi-turn intelligent integration electric actuator can be used for control various of valves, like gate valve, globe valve, high temperature and high pressure valve, desuperheating water valve and other rotate valves with 0-360° rotation, and the torque is 60～6000Nm. Explosion-proof Grade : IP67.
Quarter-turn intelligent integration electric actuator can be used to control various valves with a regulating angle of 0-90° and the torque range is: 35-10000Nm. It can used for control all of quarter-turn valve like: flue cut-off gate, boiler’s primary and secondary wind, boiler’s side wind, air pre-heater inlet and outlet damper regulator, butterfly valve, ball valve, louver valve, damper, plug valve, flapper valve, etc. Explosion-proof Grade: IP67, IP68.

It is quarter turn gear actuator,suit to be used on ball valves,butterfly valves. plug valves etc.The housing made by precise casting,and the gear boxes have fresh pattern and nice appearance. It transmitted by worm gear and worm and the worm gear with self-locking. also by using tapered roller bearing, the gear box can be operated more flexibly and have higher efficience. Ste nut can be uni-body or separated just according to customers' requirement. The mounting flange adapts to ISO.5211. The Protection grade can be IP65,for some special environment,it also can be IP68.

◆ Valve Position Limitation and Protection Actuator automatically stops after traveling to the closing position or open position.
◆ Protection of Instant Reverse Running When the actuator receives a command for motion in the opposite direction, it automatically add a time lag, to prevent unnecessary wear to the valve shaft and transmission box.
◆ Power Brake It helps to improve precision of valve position.
◆ Access-free Debugging Working parameter setup, system status inquiry can be realized on buttons or infrared controller, without needs to open the electrical protection cover, so that dust, moist and other hazardous substances in the environment can not enter the actuator and the reliability of electrical control will be greatly improved.
◆ Dead Zone Self-adaption In “Remote Auto Control” mode, no setting or dead adjustment will be required, and the system can, on basis of its operating status, automatically measure and locate and precisely determine the dead zone values, ensuring vibration-free and high-precision operation of the actuator.
◆ Easy Wiring Quick-set connection is adopted on the actuator for wiring. The external wire is connected to the plug, and the actuator can be removed simply by unplugging operations. The plugs are water-proof and thus prevent errors by reconnection during maintenance process.
◆ Power-loss-safe Status Indication The configurable bi-stable relay output contact can be used to indicate various status of the valve (including open/close limits, over-torque, operating indication or destination position of valve, etc.), which will not change even the system loses power supply.
◆ Multiple Controls ① Field control When the system runs in “Field Control” mode by using the “Field Control” button, the “Open”, “Close” buttons or “Infrared controller” may be used on site to control the opening, closing or stopping of valve. ② Remote switch control The switch control provides three input terminals, respectively Open, Close, Stop/Hold; Switch control can realize “Hold” or “Inch” control by external circuits. ③ Remote current control (also known as Remote Auto Control) Users can control the actuator operation by DC4~20mA electric current, to realize precision positioning of valve. ④ Two-wire control The actuator provides two-wire power operation functions. It can realize special controls, such as “Open on signal” and “Close on signal”.
