Electric Actuator
Electric actuators, also known as electric actuators. It is a drive that can provide linear or rotary motion. It uses some kind of driving energy and works under some kind of control signal.

Linear-turn Device
The linear-turn device can be combined with various multi-turn actuators (multi-rotor heads) to form linear-turn electric actuators of different application types, such as ST6+VE50S, ST14+VE200S, etc. See the next page for common combinations. The parameters required for matching electric head are calculated according to the following formula:
Actuator torque = operating thrust torque / thrust
The number of turns of the full stroke = the maximum stroke x number of turns / stroke
Operating time = 60x number of turns/actuator speed (rpm)

For the straight stroke device, different brackets can be selected according to the interface size of the regulating valve, which will be provided by the salesman when ordering.
Main features
Transmission gear
• The gear transmission system consists of 2 reduction stages: the first stage is directly driven by the pinion on the motor drive shaft, which is a planetary system. The second stage, driven by the satellite wheels of the planetary gears, consists of a worm gear and a worm gear.

Emergency handwheel
• In case of power interruption or failure of the control system, the presence of a handwheel allows the operator to easily manually drive the valve to any desired position.

Asynchronous motor
• Asynchronous motor technology provides the highest ratio of starting torque to nominal torque. Therefore, the maximum torque capability of the actuator is available to unseat the valve from the beginning of the stroke.

Removable drive bushing • The output drive sleeve can be easily removed from the actuator without the use of any special tools to accommodate the valve shaft.

• Weatherproof design
As standard, our actuators are protected by IP67 (NEMA 4) weatherproof enclosures in accordance with CEI 144 recommendations. Higher levels of protection are available on request (please consult us).
• Corrosion-resistant design
Our actuators can also be configured to operate in harsh environmental conditions such as: Industrial corrosive atmospheres (chemical, alumina plants, ie) Marine corrosive atmospheres (onshore and offshore)

The INTEGRAL+ control system is fully configurable and can perform all actuator control functions including generating status reports, fault handling, protection systems and command processing.
It provides local control that can be disabled locally or from a remote location.
Reversing starter integrated in control unit POSIGAM+ control
The POSIGAM+ control (the third type of actuator) is based on the same electronic platform, but includes a positioning function.
Proportional signals are used to control the actual valve position (feedback) as INTEGRAL+ actuators (setpoint) and signals.
