The Configuring characteristics of the electric actuators

1.The single phase and three-phase integral proportional modulating model electrie actuators all adopt non-contactoptical and electrie coupling over-zero triggering solid-state relays to control the motor. The remote model adopts thehigh reliability imported altemating current contact for controlling.

 

2.Local operating function The produet equips with the no-penetrating shaft magnetie switches, to realize the local/remote over-change and theelectric actuator turning by operating the switches. The switches are used for controlling the infirm electric eircuit ofthe actuator. The switches can he locked to avoid local operating unauthorized. If the local operating doesn't need, pleaseseleet the produet without the local operating strueture.

 

3.Manual operating The actuator all equips with a hand-wheel for operating the actuator to the open and elose directions when the powersupply occurs fault. When the hand-wheel operating is needed, push the handwheel towards the direction of the hand-wheel shaft,then it can be used. After finishing operating, the hand-wheel is automatically clutched. The hand-wheelcouldn't turn when the actuator at the electrie operating state.

 

4.Over-torque protecting function The actuator has an over-torque surveying device that can accurately survey the lorque of the valve. When the torqueexceeds the setting seope, the torque switch inside the actuator outputsa signal to the controlling circuit for stopping themotor to proteet the valve, the driving parts and the motor. After the mechanical over-torque fault is relieved, shuttingdown the power supply or input an instantaneously reversed signal, the actuator will come back to tum normally.

 

5. Special type servo-motor The single phase and three-phase motors adopted for the actuator are the high servo characteristie special type motorshaving the high start-up torque,the low tuming inertin and small start-up current. The motor allows frequent start-up,normally 1200times/hour. SM series motor allows start-up at 1800 times/hour.

 

6.Position indicating The output current is used for the position indication. All types actuator equip with the current transmitter circuit tooutput the position feedback current as the position indicating or used for comparing with the input signal. The outputcurrent is 4~20mA DC The output impedance ≤5000.constant current output. The feedhack current circuits of thestandard modulating model and intelligent model are integrated with the full logical controlling circuits of the actuatorinto a whole structure. The remote model actuator has a 2-wire individual current module to output 4~20mA current.

 

7.Cut-off signal position-locked function The modulating model actuators all have 4~20mA analog controlling signals open circuit automatically checking fun-etion.If eut-off signal oecurs, the actuator will hold the original position or turning to the set emergency position.

 

8. Dynamic braking Dynamic braking is the standard configuration to protect from over impacting to the valve because of the molor inertiaover large. The dynamic braking adopts the electric braking form with the valve position surveyed by the precise valveposition sensor to control the motor turning and precisely positioning.
