Product overview

BJ part-turn series intelligent electric actuator is a very important on-site control equipment in process control. The box body is made of aluminum alloy, which has the advantages of compact structure, small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, reliable and stable performance, etc. It can be quickly set, checked and queried non-invasively through a separate setter or on-site knob. The actuator adopts a dot-matrix liquid crystal display, which displays the stroke position, limit setting, working status and fault alarm of the actuator in the form of Chinese, numbers, and graphics. BJ series electric actuators can provide the most reasonable solution in the range of output torque 50N.m～5000N.m, and are widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, shipbuilding, light industry food, papermaking, construction, municipal engineering, environmental protection and other fields. The interface flanges of BJ electric actuators are manufactured according to the ISO5211:2001 (GB/T12223-2005) standard, and non-standard structural flanges can also be provided according to user requirements. BJ series electric actuators can be equipped with Modbus, Profibus-DP, HART, DeviceNet, FF field bus cards according to user requirements to realize the bus communication function. In order to adapt to various harsh working conditions and harsh environments, BJ F intelligent split electric actuators can be used. It installs the electrical control components into an independent controller (see Figure 7-2), which is separated from the actuator body, and the control signals are transmitted over long distances through cables.

Model specifications

BJ on-off type actuator has no proportional control function, suitable for working frequency not exceeding 60 times/hour, continuous working time not exceeding 10 minutes, and the duty cycle of the working hours does not exceed 33.3%. BJ regulating actuator has proportional control function, suitable for working frequency not exceeding 60 times/hour (three-phase short-time working frequency can reach 600 times/hour), continuous working time not exceeding 10 minutes, duty cycle of working time It can reach 33.3% of occasions.
