SD intelligent electric actuator is the execution unit in industrial automation instrument, it receives from the regulator, PLC, DCS control signal from the computer, such as the completion of automatic adjustment, is indispensable to automatic control system for main equipment. Configuration features

The output shaft of FRYSD series electric actuator adopts spline design, and the position of the output arm can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the opening and closing degree and position of the valve, which is convenient for operation.

The actuator is equipped with a hand wheel, so that when the power supply fails, the hand wheel can be turned to control the opening and closing actions. When the hand wheel is required to ope rate the hand wheel can be turned to the direction of the hand wheel axis. The operation is completedthe hand wheel Automatic clutch, the hand wheel does not turn when it is electric.

On-site operation unit The on-site magnetic rotary switch can switch between on-site and remote control states when completely isolated from the electrical box, and easily control and set the actuators.

Overtorque protection function. Actuator is equipped with a torque protection measurement, the role of the torque can be accurately measured valve, when more than set range, located within a actuator torque switch sends out the signal to the control circuit, the circuit has a memory function, will lock actuator running in the direction of the output signal, motor stalling, so as to protect the valve and actuator drive and motor. When the mechanical torque failure is eliminated, the actuator is switched off or the signal is reversed in an instant to return to normal work.
