Why does the explosion happen?
An explosion is when a substance suddenly changes from one state to another through physical or chemical changes, releasing huge amounts of energy. The energy released at a rapid rate will cause violent impact and damage to surrounding objects. An explosion must have three conditions: explosive material, oxygen, and ignition source. Objectively, many industrial sites meet the conditions for explosions. When the concentration of the mixture of explosive material and oxygen is within the explosion limit, if there is an explosion source, an explosion will occur.

To prevent explosions, we must consider the above three necessary conditions. If we limit one of the necessary conditions, we can limit the explosions. Electrical equipment is also a potential ignition source, which can cause surface temperature rise, static discharge or sparks caused by instantaneous current when the machine is running. From the design point of view, flameproof electrical equipment can enclose the ignited explosive mixture in a shell, which is particularly strong and can withstand the explosion pressure of the internal explosive mixture and prevent the explosive mixture from spreading to the outside of the shell. Therefore, flameproof electrical equipment can prevent it from becoming a potential ignition source.

This type of explosion-proof electric actuator can withstand the internal explosion of the flammable mixture that has entered the casing without being damaged, and any joint surface or hole on the casing through which it passes will not ignite the casing of electrical equipment in an external explosive environment formed by one or more gases or vapors.

Working principle
DKJ explosion-proof electric actuator is a position servo mechanism with AC servo motor as the power device. The whole machine consists of three parts: gearbox, AC servo motor and controller which are relatively independent in structure.
