QT ELECTRIC VALVE ACTUATOR

QT type part-turn electric valve actuator is suitable for controlling butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves and other valves that rotate 90 degrees. This product has the characteristics of high efficiency, high reliability, high protection performance, low noise, etc. It can be operated on site or remotely controlled. It can be widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, power plants, water treatment, papermaking, etc.
FEATURES OF ELECTRIC ACTUATORS

PRODUCT STRUCTURE


1. Position indication
A mechanical indicator that continuously indicates the degree of valve opening. The mechanism consists of multi-stage gears and is equipped with adjustable gears to accommodate a wide range of turns.
2. Cam and limit switch
It is fastened with two screws on top, and the setting is simple. Each cam can be set individually. Once the setting is completed, each cam will always remain in this position.
3. Moisture-proof heater
A heater is installed inside the actuator to remove the damage of internal condensation to electrical components.
4. Terminal block
There are enough terminals for user convenience, up to 22 terminals to ensure tight and reliable wire connection.
5. Torque switch
When the actuator outputs torque, the main worm with butterfly spring groups at both ends bears thrust, the butterfly springs are compressed, and the worm undergoes axial displacement proportional to the output torque. The displacement is converted from the crank to the rotation angle of the torque shaft. The corresponding torque switch is triggered by the adjustable cam installed on the torque shaft to achieve over-torque protection or send over-torque fault signal function.
6. Motor
The valve-specific motor can be disassembled independently, with short start-up speed, small inertia, and built-in thermal protector to prevent damage caused by motor overheating - insulation grade F
7. Handwheel
The handwheel directly drives the output shaft to rotate, and is used for manual operation of the valve in debugging or emergency situations
8. Hand/electric switch
Pressing the switch handle can make the clutch and handwheel mesh and enter manual operation. When the motor rotates, the clutch automatically returns to the electric working state under pressure. (The switch handle can be locked in the electric position to prevent misoperation).

Shell
Hard anodized die-cast aluminum shell, external epoxy powder uncoated, suitable for harsh working environment.

Features
The microcomputer control board collects proportional signal input internally, and the output command signal is processed to directly drive the motor to realize the opening and closing of the actuator, and provides proportional signal feedback, proportional signal control, and multi-channel field programmable relay output.
Control type
Control signals are divided into on-off type and modulating type, power supply is divided into on-off type and modulating type, and power supply is single-phase and three-phase. The on-off type only accepts the switch signal provided by the external, which is processed by the microcomputer control board. The output command is amplified and directly drives the actuator motor to perform remote opening and closing actions. The modulating type can receive the proportional signal provided by the external on the basis of the on-off type
