ZB+JS series “Lingke brand” electric actuator is a stereotyped product produced by our company introducing advanced technology from Bernard Company of France. The LK series electric actuators currently produced include three types of adjustment types: multi-turn, quarter-turn and linear-turn, remote control type (integral type), two-position type (on off type) and various special types of actuators. All key components are imported, the processing of components, the screening of components, the assembly of the whole machine to the performance test are all carried out in accordance with the production process and technical requirements of the French Bernard Company, and the products strictly follow the national standards.

Powerful protection function
Dynamic braking is also my company electric actuators1 standard configuration. It can prevent the motor inertia is too large for the valve overshoot caused by the dynamic brake adopts electric braking method, with accurate valve position sensor valve stroke, by control circuit to control the motor operation and accurate positioning. Automatic phase three-phase electric actuator wiring does not need to consider phase sequenc the control circuit comes with automatic phase detection function, can protect actuator and valve because ofthedamage caused by the phase extension.
Instantaneous reverse protection
Using instantaneous reversal delay control technology, when the actuator receives the reverse operation control signal, the instantaneous reversal logic will automatically delay the action to prevent the impact load from causing damage to the mechanical transmission mechanism
Phase loss protection
The phase loss monitoring system continuously monitors the working power supply. When the working power supply lacks phase, the phase loss monitoring system will terminate the motor to continue running, and send an alarm locally and remotely
Thermal protection of motor.
Actuator motor fittings are equipped with thermal protection switch, the switch is connected to the control circuit, abnormal when the motor overheating, internal temperature over 130°, thermal switch automatically disconnect, at the same time, it will control power circuit of the motor, so as to protect the motor and actuator, when the motor cooling switch back on, circuit return to work.
