Why does the explosion happen?
Explosion is the change of matter from one state, through physical or chemical changes, to another state suddenly, and a huge amount of energy is released. The energy released at a rapid speed will cause the surrounding objects to be violently impacted and destroyed.
Three conditions must be met for an explosion: explosive substances, oxygen, and ignition source. Objectively, many industrial sites meet the explosion conditions. When the mixed concentration of explosive substances and oxygen is within the explosion limit, an explosion will occur if there is an explosion source.

What is explosion proof?
The prevention of explosion must be considered from the above three necessary conditions, limiting one of the necessary conditions will limit the explosion.
Electrical equipment is also a potential source of ignition, resulting in elevated surface temperatures, electrostatic discharge, or sparks caused by transient currents when the machine is running. By design, flameproof electrical equipment can enclose the ignitable explosive mixture in an outer casing, which is particularly strong, can withstand the explosion pressure of the explosive mixture inside, and prevent the explosive mixture from spreading to the outside of the casing. Therefore, flameproof electrical equipment can be prevented from being a potential ignition source

How to achieve explosion-proof?
The explosion-proof electric actuator must be produced in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality system standard. The explosion-proof function is designed and produced in accordance with the national electrical explosion-proof standards GB3836.2 (gas explosion-proof) and GB12476 (dust explosion-proof) and has passed explosion-proof certification. Domestic must obtain: "China National Compulsory Product Certification", "Explosion-proof Certificate", and foreign export also need to obtain relevant explosion-proof certification: "IECEX", "ATEX", "Customs Union CU-TR Explosion-proof Certification".
