
Electric actuators are classified according to output.
Quarter turn actuator.
Also known as part of the return receipt actuators, general rotation range of 0-90°, the output torque in Nm. Mainly used for: butterfly valve, ball valve, shutter type valve, damper, baffle and plug valve.
Linear-turn actuator.
The output is indicated by N, and the output is a linear displacement.Mainly used for single, double seat control valve, sleeve valve, gate valve, etc.
Multi-turn actuator.
Output torque in Nm, more than 360°rotation. It is mainly used for gate valve, globe valve, slide valve, high temperature and high pressure regulating valve, etc.

Integration modulating electric actuator.
Analog control signals can be received 4-20ma, 0-10ma, 1-5v, etc. The output Angle is proportional to the input analog signal, and the actuator itself is closed loop and realizes automatic adjustment.
Integral switch actuator.
Receiving signal switch. Including remote control type and switch type.
Linear actuators.
It can be divided into modbus, profibus, etc.

Encoder: Precise positioning and control of output shaft could be realized through the encoder which also meets the requirement of the control of valve of other mechanism with a super long stroke. Timely-display valve position is also realized when power is off.

The reducer is a multi-stage reducer the foremost stage is transmitted by a small volum great transmission ratio and high efficiency planetary gear, the intermediate stage is generally transmitted by a helical gear, the intermediate stage is generally worm gear transmittion with a function of mechanism self-locking or transmitted by a lead screwnut.

LCD display: It applies high definition, high light and high contrast LCD display. lt presents Chinese-English interface ,valve position and other related information. lt can receive infrared setter orders-easy operation, convenient debugging and reliable operating.

Solenoid switch: local knobs are non-transfixion structure. Magnetic line is used to power the Hall components in the electric actuator so as to implement trans-formation between local and remote control. valve open and close, and other setting functions.

Control panel : super integrated circuit board centering on micro processing; powerful function.

The motor not only allows frequent startup but also has a good servo characteristic. the motor control circuit is disconnected so as to protect the motor After the motor is colled th emotor control circuit starts to be automatically connected recovered abd the circuit and motor rescume normal work.
