Power circuit

Powerful integrated circuit: Using fewer electronic components and complex electronic wiring, the electric actuator has a high degree of electronic control reliability. The absolute encoder has a set of acceleration gears connected to the actuator drive shaft, which can automatically set the stroke without micro switches.

 

Output shaft

Output shaft: The spline design allows the position of the output shaft to be adjusted arbitrarily according to the valve opening and closing degree and position, making operation easier.

 

over-torque protection

The actuator uses an over-torque protection measurement mechanism. When the set torque range is exceeded, the actuator will be locked to output the signal in that direction, and the motor will stop rotating, thereby protecting the valve, the actuator's transmission parts and the motor. When the fault is eliminated, the actuator can resume normal operation by powering off or instantly reversing the signal.

High transmission efficiency

Worm gear

The mechanical architecture of the actuators in all product series consists of direct mechanical transmission from handwheel to output (without worm drive), which helps to ensure high transmission efficiency from handwheel to output. All direct mechanical transmissions are equipped with self-locking devices, which can still be used for electrical control and manual devices even without any operation. The sensor is directly connected to the output shaft to ensure accurate position measurement. The mechanical design of our electric actuators optimizes the motor and handwheel transmission and can be self-locking at all speeds.
