Working Principle
SKZ, SKJ series intelligent electronic electric actuators use 220V single-phase or 380V three-phase AC as the driving power, and they accept analog signals from computers, regulators or manipulators to work. The electronic control unit is a position locator made by a single-chip microcomputer, which itself has a servo function.
The SKZ series drives the drive belt to the passive pulley through the rotation of the reversible motor. The passive pulley and the output shaft are connected with trapezoidal threads. The rotation of the passive pulley makes the output shaft move upward or downward by the anti-rotation pin. Through the gear transmission of the feedback mechanism to the precision potentiometer.
The SKJ series drives the driving pulley through the rotation of the reversible motor, and the synchronous belt is transmitted to the passive pulley, and then converted into a 90° or other angle rotation of the output shaft through the worm and worm gear. Use the feedback shaft fixed on the upper part of the output shaft to detect the output, and transmit it to the precision potentiometer through the spur gear. The precision potentiometer adopts a conductive plastic potentiometer with a return spring.
In the SKZ series, the feedback part is equipped with an additional spring to make the rack move freely up and down, and offset the gap between the gears. In the SKJ series, due to the function of the return spring , so the backlash of the spur gear is canceled out. Potentiometers allow gapless contact.
The rotation of the precision potentiometer is fed back to the position locator as an opening signal. As a result, the position locator compares the opening signal with the control signal from the upper computer, and then sends a rotation command to the motor to make the difference between the two signals The deviation is reduced, and when the deviation is removed, the positioner commands the motor to stop at that position. The settings of stroke zero and full stroke are determined by software, and mechanical limit switches are used for secondary protection of the actuator. Therefore, the setting of the mechanical limit switch is required to be within the normal travel range. Adjustment of the mechanical limit switch: SKZ series adjust the position of the micro switch, see (Figure 3).
SKJ series ordinary type and explosion-proof type adjust the position of the limit plate angle, see (Figure 4)

Adjustment of Intelligent Position Locator
(1) Main features
1. Using single-chip microcomputer and peripheral components, all functions and parameters can be set by hand-held setting device or wireless setting device, and the adjustment becomes very simple and accurate;
2. Electrical isolation between input signal and valve position output signal;
3. Use the setter to easily set the upper and lower limits of the actuator;
4. Using the setter, it is convenient to realize the positive and negative effects of the actuator (it is set to positive action when leaving the factory);
5. By changing the connection method of ① and terminals on the terminal board of the locator (A), it is convenient to select the output "hold" (①, ② terminals are not short-circuited) and the output is the preset value ( ①, 2 terminals short circuit);
6. When the input signal is disconnected, the output 'preset' value can be set in advance using the setter within the range of 0-100%;
7. It is very simple and accurate to use the setter to adjust the zero point and full range of the valve position output, and it can be done once, and the installation of the valve position feedback potentiometer does not need to be precise;
8. When there is foreign matter in the valve that causes over-torque (the valve position signal does not change), the position locator will automatically turn off the power of the servo motor after 8 seconds. (2) Connection method
1. Connect correctly according to the wiring diagram on the intelligent position locator;
2. Open the cover plate of the wiring port of the setting device at the bottom of the actuator, and insert the data cable plug of the handheld setting device into the USB socket in the wiring port of the setting device (support hot plugging), (if equipped with remote control setting There is no need to perform the second step, just align the remote setter with the random setter at the bottom of the actuator and operate within 1 meter);
3. After confirming that the wiring is correct, turn on the 220V power supply. After a few seconds, the digits on the upper row display the pinyin abbreviation of "Tianyi", and the digits on the hand-held setting device are displayed as scanning, and enter the communication waiting state.
