Salient Features
1 The adjustment stroke can be set arbitrarily within the full stroke range of the valve machinery, including the direction of valve opening and closing;
2 The speed can be adjusted arbitrarily within 20%-100% of the allowable speed range of the actuator;
3 Input signal and feedback signal can be combined arbitrarily, for example: input 4-20mA feedback M-BUS or 0-10V;
4 Provides 3 levels of thrust optional;
5 Anti-jamming settings are provided for special working conditions, such as tar medium working conditions;
6 Provide heat tracing setting, which can be turned on when the temperature is lower than -20°C to keep the motor and circuit board at a certain temperature;
7. Zero compensation function is optional.

Thrust selection: Three thrust modes are provided for users to choose. Thrust mode 2 is standard thrust, the thrust mode is about 10% smaller, and thrust mode 3 is about 10% larger.
Control/feedback signal: 4-20mA, 0-10V, MODUS, switch value (valve switch position feedback fault feedback signal is optional) control and feedback signals can also be different types of signals Control accuracy: ±0.05%, 0-10V signal 1%

Stroke Calibration: Two modes of automatic calibration and manual calibration are provided. It can be automatically calibrated when the mechanical limit is set, During manual calibration, it can be set within the full range of the mechanical limit.
Status display: control mode, thrust mode, zero position, operating parameters, off signal, signal overcurrent and overvoltage, etc. Ambient temperature: -20-50°C (other temperatures are optional)
Protection class: IP65 (IP67 optional) Adjustment position: valve position mechanical indication, display display
Manual function: no need to switch, direct operation of the mechanical handwheel when the power is off, and button operation when the power is on. Fault alarm: comprehensive fault alarm signal, indicator light alarm indication.
Torque protection: Realized by controlling the output power of the motor, without using switches to reduce the failure rate.
Remote control function: infrared remote control (optional)
Electrical interface: Standard configuration is suitable for 2 8-12mm cable interfaces, other interfaces can be customized, and 3 interfaces can be provided.
Installation and Debugging Steps
1 Fasten the actuator to the valve;
2 Wiring
2.1 Power supply: DC24V----L1 is connected to the positive pole, L2 is connected to the negative pole; AC24V----L1\L2 regardless of polarity; AC220V---L1\L2 regardless of polarity; AC380---L1\L2 are respectively connected to any two live wires.
2.2 Feedback signal and fault alarm signal contact capacity of valve open position\valve close position: DC24V/2A, AC250V/2A; Valve open and valve close control signals need to be specified before ordering if active signals are used.
2.3 The power supply and control signal of the wiring part should be routed separately to avoid interference with the signal.

3 Display interface

4 LED lights
The actuator provides a total of 6 colors of LED indicator lights, and the colors from left to right are orange, blue, white, red, green, and yellow. in: The orange light is the drive alarm indicator light, when the power supply undervoltage or overvoltage occurs, the light will flash, otherwise it will be off; The blue light is the motor power indicator light; The white light is the power indicator light of the actuator; The red light is the fully closed indicator light, which is on when the valve is fully closed or the valve is opening; The green light is the fully open indicator light, which is on when the valve is fully open or the valve is closing; The yellow light is the position failure alarm indicator light, which lights up when the valve cannot reach the target position, and a failure prompt interface will appear on the display.

5 Buttons
Unless otherwise specified, the key functions are as follows:
up:
When in place, the direction of actuator movement is upward
Switch to previous menu option down key): When in place, the running direction of the actuator is downward
Switch to next menu option
Function keys:
Press and hold for 1 second to enter the menu interface Press and hold for 1 second to confirm
6 Installation and debugging
6.1 Enter the menu method: press and hold the function key for 1 second to enter the menu interface

6.2 Stroke calibration method: This model provides two modes of automatic stroke calibration and manual stroke calibration. 6.2.1 Automatic stroke calibration method: after entering the menu, select the stroke calibration menu, press the function key to enter the submenu, select automatic calibration, enter the next menu, select the zero direction, and then automatically enter the stroke calibration. After the calibration is completed, it will automatically return to the main interface .

6.2.2 Manual calibration method: After entering the menu, select the stroke calibration menu, press the function key to enter the submenu, select manual calibration, enter the next menu, select the zero direction, and then enter the zero point calibration interface, press the up and down keys to operate the actuator to the desired zero point position, press the function key lightly to confirm, press the up and down keys to run the actuator to the full position, press and hold the function key for 3 seconds to complete the calibration, and it will automatically return to the main interface after the calibration is completed.
