Terminal unit
It is an independent terminal block structure and adopts O-type gasket and V-type gasket double sealing structure, wide wiring space, and all terminals can be easily wired on site.
Switch unit
Including limit switch, torque switch, position indicator Limit switch Driven by a counting gear, it can ensure high reliability at any predetermined position. This type of limit switch is easy to set and can be tightened with a screwdriver after setting.
Torque switch
When the output torque on the output shaft of the electric actuator is greater than the set value, the torque switch automatically turns off the motor. The preset value of torque can be set at the time of shipment or by resetting the scale value on site.
Position indicator
The indication angle is wide, the linearity is good, and the dynamic information and variables of valves and electric actuators are accurately indicated in percentage.
Thrust unit
The thrust unit consists of a thrust bearing and two bushings. The threaded bushing is used for multi-turn valves, and the keyed bushing on the inner wall is used for part turn valves. The bushing is a detachable structure for easy installation.
Handwheel
The handwheel of all series of electric actuators is side-mounted for manual operation.
Handwheel shaft
The handwheel shaft is meshed with the worm through a spur gear to prevent damage to the manual parts during manual operation. There are two gears to choose from to facilitate customers' needs for different torques and speeds.
Switching lever
The switching lever can easily switch the operation from electric to manual while the motor is running. The standard supply is automatic switching. (Manual switching can be specially supplied)
