Power transmission

The power transmission of the actuator adopts a precision reduction mechanism composed of a bronze alloy worm wheel and an alloy steel worm. The worm wheel and worm run separately in grease, which is suitable for the ambient temperature difference and also improves the service life.

 

Motor

Accurate valve position travel measurement and protection The actuator uses a 24-bit absolute encoder to measure the valve position travel, with a travel of 4096 turns and a single-turn angle resolution of 0.088°. The encoder is integrated with a magnetic motor. In the event of power loss, there is no need to worry about the loss of valve position when manually operating the actuator.
