The Multiple Rotary Electric Valve Actuator, known as DZW-type, is applicable to the valves for the linear motion of the disc, such as gate valves, cut-off valve, gate, water gate valve and so on.This product is used for the opening, closing or regulation of valves. As an essential actuating device of valves in achieving remote control, centralized control and self-control, it has characteristic of complete function, reliable performance, advanced control systems, small size, light weight, ease of use and maintenance.It is widely used in such industries as electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, papermaking , sewage treatment and others.
For the multi-turn electric actuators, there are such types as outdoor type, flameproof type, integrated switching type, flameproof and integrated switching type, as well as flameproof and integrated regulation type. Besides, it can be classified as torque type and thrust type by connection type.
The performance of this product remains consistent with JB/T 8528-1997 Technical Specifications of Basic Version Electric Valve Actuators. Its flameproof performance accords with GB3836.1-2010 Explosive Atmospheres — Part 1: Equipment — General requirements, GB 3836.2-2010 Explosive Atmospheres — Part 2: Equipment Protection by Flameproof Enclosures “d”, and JB/T8529-1997 Technical Specifications of Explosion-proof Version Electric Valve Actuators. Its electrical performance complies with JB/T8529-1997 Technical Specifications of Explosion-proof Version Electric Valve Actuators and GB/T 24922-2010 Technical Specifications of Explosion-proof Version Electric Valve Actuators. Examined by China National Quality Supervision and Test Centre for Explosion Protected Electrical Products (CQST), this product is issued the Certification of Conformity of An Instrument for Explosive Atmosphere. As approved by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ), we have obtained the national industrial production permit.
Expression method of model number
1.ZW45-24/(380): means the electric actuator is the multi-turn one of conventional outdoor type with output torque of 450N•m (45kgf•m), output speed of 24 r/min and rated voltage of AC 380V.
2.ZBYK90-24 / (380): means the electric actuator is the multi-turn one of integrated flameproof switching type, with output torque of 900N•m (90kgf•m), output speed of 24 r/min and rated voltage of AC 380V.

Structural Composition
DZW series electric actuators consists of motor, reducer, torque controller, stroke controller, opening indicator, manual-operated and power-driven switchover mechanism, handwheel and electric part. The outdoor type is sealed with the round detent and O-rings; the flameproof type is the same as the outdoor type in hermetically-sealed construction. Besides, the flameproof-surface structure is added to the actuator.
